This is a page summary. See the original page for full service terms and current coverage.

A hotel or area name alone is not an exact drop-off point. Send the full address or map location and the entrance to be used. Road and property access, additional stops and any assistance needs are assessed together before booking.

## Key information and answers

### Is a hotel or area name enough for a transfer booking?

Provide the exact location and entrance as well. A named area can include different drop-off points; send the property name, access gate and map location together. A fare for the centre does not automatically cover every address farther away.

### Can the transfer vehicle reach the door on a narrow or steep road?

Door access depends on road width, gradient, vehicle dimensions and any property entrance rules. Door-to-door delivery is not promised before vehicle access is confirmed. Include additional passenger pickups or separate drop-off addresses in the initial request.

### Is physical assistance between the vehicle and hotel or terminal charged?

The business confirms assistance for passengers who need help between the security point and vehicle, vehicle and terminal security control, and vehicle and hotel or address. There is no assistance fee; parking costs are charged if required for the vehicle. This does not imply access to restricted areas or travel while remaining seated in a wheelchair.

### Journey example

For accommodation with limited vehicle access, such as Alaçatı Köyiçi or Şirince, send the actual entrance with the property name. If the vehicle cannot reach it, a meeting point is agreed in advance; the property name alone does not promise door access.
