No prepayment is required; payment is made after the transfer is completed. Confirm the payment method and tax-inclusive total before booking. Payment, cancellation and changes to a booking are separate matters with their own conditions.

## Key information and answers

### When do I pay for an airport transfer booked without prepayment?

No advance payment. Payment is collected after the transfer is completed; no charge is made for a service that is not provided. For a return booking, confirm each leg’s fare and payment arrangement in the correspondence; no prepayment is requested for the return leg before it takes place.

### How do the listed fare, tax and payment method differ?

Listed amounts exclude VAT; the tax-inclusive total is confirmed before booking. For TRY payment, use the amount published in the current price source. Any bank or payment-provider transaction fee is clarified in advance and distinguished from the service fare.

### Is cancelling a transfer the same as changing the address or vehicle?

Cancellation is free. Changing the address, vehicle or service scope while keeping the booking may require the quote to be reassessed. Any fare difference is explained, and a chargeable change is applied only with the customer’s approval.

### Journey example

If you want to cancel only the return leg of a round-trip booking, identify that journey clearly. State in the same conversation that the other leg remains in place; do not leave both journeys unclear in one cancellation request.
