Izmir's exits during the morning and evening rush, the entrances to the resort towns on summer weekends and the returns after public holidays can add 20 to 40 minutes. When should we leave for the airport?
We do the maths: for a domestic flight you are at the airport 120 minutes before departure, for an international one 180 minutes; we add the road time and the traffic of the day and tell you the pickup time. You only send the flight time; if you prefer to leave earlier, the time is yours.

- The car aims to be at the address 15 minutes early and pulls up to the door 5 minutes before the time; the driver lets you know on arrival. We wait at the hotel lobby or at the door.

Where do I find the driver at the airport?
The pillars outside the terminal are marked with letters and numbers. Before landing, you receive driver details, the plate number and a pickup-point photo.
Domestic arrivals: leave through Exit Gate A and turn left. The pillar labelled A4 is our suggested pickup point. International arrivals: leave through Exit Gate B and cross the pedestrian crossing. The pillar labelled C35 is our suggested pickup point. Once outside, send the driver your pillar label or a photo. The vehicle waits outside the airport and normally reaches you in about 3 minutes; check the plate.
Vehicles cannot wait outside the terminal, especially at international arrivals. This pickup avoids the walk to the car park, which can be difficult with many bags or reduced mobility.
A name sign is available on request: the vehicle parks in the car park and you walk there with your luggage after meeting your greeter. International arrivals: extra €10.

Çeşme transfer: frequently asked questions
Any extra costs: tolls, flight delays, other surprises?
No. Motorway and bridge tolls, waiting, flight tracking, child seats and refreshments are included; delays cost nothing extra. The only exceptions are the optional motorway toll on a few routes (Denizli, for example), shown separately in the table, and the guide and parking fees for separately arranged archaeological visits; both are written on the page before you book.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price confirmed in writing at booking does not change on the day: no meter, no traffic or night surcharge. The EUR price is the source; the TRY figure follows the rate of 2026-10-07.
What happens after I book?
The day before, after 19:00, we send the plate number and the driver's name and phone; the driver contacts you, and before you land you have a photo of the labelled pickup point outside the terminal on your phone.
Do you carry surfboards, bicycles or prams?
Yes, at no extra cost; bulky items travel only in a transfer vehicle. Tell us in the booking what you bring; if the Mercedes Vito is not enough we plan the 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter.
What if I cannot make it?
You missed the flight, plans changed and you could not let us know: we still charge nothing. A message when you get the chance is all we ask.
Child seats and pets?
Child seats are free, up to 3 on request; pets are welcome as long as the car is not damaged. Mention both in the booking.
Does the driver speak English?
Some of our drivers speak fluent English. Request an English-speaking driver when booking; availability is confirmed before booking. The meeting is photo-and-plate based anyway, so you reach the car without needing to talk.
Is naming Çeşme enough to confirm the final price?
Çeşme is a district name, not a complete destination address. Confirm the hotel, neighbourhood or home location. A second hotel stop is not calculated automatically from the difference between two published fares; stop order and vehicle needs must be agreed.
What should I send for a hotel or private-home pickup?
For a hotel, send its name and any entrance instructions. For a home, villa or apartment, send the full address or map pin, building and gate details. Include the date, time, passengers and luggage so we can confirm access and the vehicle before booking.
How is a second hotel or extra stop priced?
List every stop, the order, expected waiting and total luggage when requesting your quote. The agreed total covers the confirmed programme; the extra-stop cost is not calculated automatically from the difference between two published destination fares.
