Izmir Airport Transfer international arrivals meeting point (column C35)
After baggage claim, follow these four steps to reach your transfer vehicle. This guide is for international arrivals. Tip: after Gate B it is only a short straight walk of about 20 metres before you cross to the opposite sidewalk.

Head toward Gate B
After customs, enter the main lobby and follow the signs to "B EXIT / EXIT B". On your right you will pass a pharmacy and mobile operator shops.

Exit through Gate B
Leave through the automatic glass doors marked "Arrivals B".

Cross the pedestrian crossing
Directly ahead you will see a pedestrian crossing. Use it to reach the opposite sidewalk.

Wait at column C35
On the sidewalk you will see a white pillar with "C35" in large letters. Please wait beside this pillar — your vehicle will meet you right here.

If we cannot reach you (international arrivals)
If we cannot reach the passenger by phone or internet, the following international-arrivals procedure applies.
Because of passport control, baggage reclaim, and terminal exit processes, international passengers usually reach the meeting point later. For this reason, please expect to be at the meeting point about 40-45 minutes after the flight’s scheduled landing time.
In international operations, the transfer vehicle performs its first checkpoint visit about 45 minutes after the scheduled landing time. Due to heavy traffic or airport stopping restrictions, the vehicle may not be able to wait continuously at the meeting point.
In that case, after minute 45, the vehicle returns approximately every 10 minutes to check the meeting point. This loop continues until contact is established or the passenger is picked up.
