How much is a private transfer from Izmir Airport to Didim?

What is included in the confirmed price?

The agreed EUR total covers the stated destination, vehicle and service. Fuel, the agreed airport pickup, flight monitoring and flight-delay waiting are included. The VIP-Vito package includes a fridge, water and non-alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, TV and a sound system. Child seats and a pushchair are free by arrangement; up to 3 child seats can be planned.

There is no general night, weekend, holiday or seasonal surcharge. Traffic queues alone do not increase the confirmed price. Requested private motorways and the relevant Istanbul bridge or motorway connections are not blanket inclusions. Another vehicle or an extended itinerary requires an agreed offer; paid changes need your approval.

Does this fare apply to our actual destination?

Didim, Altınkum and Akbük are assigned from the real hotel, holiday-house or marina position. Send the actual resort or house location; identify Altınkum and Akbük explicitly.

Resort name, holiday house or marina

For a resort such as Aquasis De Luxe, the full property name and map location help identify the correct destination. A private apartment requires the building location instead. For a marina journey, specify the marina access rather than an unrelated hotel entrance. The purpose is to quote the actual endpoint; a general Didim-coast description leaves that unfinished.

Accommodation changes during the holiday

If the first property is in Altınkum and the airport return begins at a house in Akbük, show both addresses when requesting the booking. Do not reuse a neighbouring route’s price as a confirmed offer for your own pickup. Several house collections also require the order and combined passenger load. A larger vehicle has its own price and access confirmation rather than automatically inheriting the Vito amount.

Ancient-site visits are a different programme

The Temple of Apollo, Miletus and Priene can be requested as visits, but they are not assumed free pauses inside an airport-to-hotel fare. Describe the places, desired stops, return location and any other services. Time retained for sightseeing belongs to the programme discussion. This distinction also prevents a marina transfer or resort drop-off being understood as a car available throughout the day.

What access should we confirm?

Name the resort and its entrance; for a house, send the building location. A marina journey uses the confirmed marina access rather than an unrelated hotel pickup point.

What if we have more people or luggage?

For a comfortable trip, plan for 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. There are 7 rear passenger seats and 1 front passenger seat. Suitability for up to 8 passengers depends on passenger size and the number and dimensions of the bags; confirm beforehand.

Sprinter and other vehicles need their own capacity, access and price confirmation. A specifically requested transporter does not automatically include the Vito’s VIP package.

How should we compare offers?

A price comparison should use the actual Didim-area property and the same vehicle. A sightseeing itinerary or multiple house pickups cannot be compared as though it were one direct resort ride.

A shared-shuttle ticket is not a private vehicle booking. Compare the same address, vehicle and services.

Special requests, payment and booking

Transferiste arranges requests for pets, oversized luggage or an explicitly requested smoking vehicle through advance coordination. Give the animal type, number and any luggage dimensions. We confirm the suitable vehicle and any additional cost before your approval. These requests are not automatically free or included in the Vito fare; smoking is not permitted in every vehicle.

No advance payment. Payment is collected after the completed transfer; a service not provided is not charged. Confirm the payment method when booking: cash, bank transfer, PayPal for international customers, cryptocurrency. For payment in TRY, use the TRY amount published in the current price table. Address, vehicle and service scope are confirmed before booking.

Send the date, flight number, full address, passengers and luggage; for accommodation pickup include the location and requested time. First we agree the vehicle, address, service scope and total price. The reservation is created after the customer approves.
