Can my Izmir Airport transfer reach the hotel or villa entrance?
For an Izmir Airport transfer to a hotel, villa or gated residence, the exact address and vehicle access are assessed before booking. Reaching the entrance depends on road conditions, vehicle type and entry permission. If access is unsuitable, the pickup or drop-off point is confirmed with you; the address covered by the quote is also agreed.
Why must the exact address covered by my transfer quote be confirmed?
Send the hotel or villa name, full address and location before booking. A district name does not mean every hotel or outlying neighbourhood has the same fare scope. The vehicle and service scope are assessed for the actual address. First we agree the vehicle, address, service scope and total price. The reservation is created after the customer approves.
Can the transfer vehicle reach my hotel or villa entrance?
Door-to-door service is provided where traffic, road, geographical and physical conditions and traffic rules permit. Otherwise, the most suitable pickup or drop-off point is agreed according to the customer’s wishes and approval. Send the exact location and any known entry restrictions when booking so access to the entrance can be planned. The pickup or drop-off point is confirmed using the vehicle type and address conditions together.
How is a transfer to a narrow or steep road planned?
Tell us when booking if the road is narrow, steep or restricts vehicle manoeuvring, and send the exact location. Vehicle access is assessed using the road and vehicle characteristics. If reaching the entrance is unsuitable, an alternative point is agreed with you.
Can the transfer enter the security gate of a residence or facility?
Inform the residence or facility security team in advance and check entry permission and access conditions. Giving the property name alone does not confirm entry. If permission or vehicle access is unsuitable, the pickup or drop-off point is confirmed with you.
Address changes and multiple transfer stops
Send the full address, location and known road or entry restrictions in advance to confirm access, the meeting point and total price.
