Vehicle, delivery address and total quote

To confirm a fare, share the hotel name, full address or map location, passenger count and luggage count, rather than just the district name. The vehicle and actual itinerary are agreed before the total price is confirmed.

Transfers to and from central Izmir

The listed fare is for a one-way transfer starting or ending at the airport. Transfers between central Izmir and a destination add €30 per vehicle, per one-way trip to that fare.

Central coverage is confirmed using the exact address; outlying districts and locations outside coverage require a separate quote. City-centre journey times and distances differ from the airport route.

Example: airport ↔ Özdere €45; confirmed central Izmir coverage ↔ Özdere €75.

Outbound and return trips are assessed by their own routes; the centre supplement applies once to each eligible one-way trip.

What type of vehicle will arrive?

Vehicle type and passenger and luggage capacity are confirmed before booking. Groups and specific vehicle requests require a separate quote.

We plan Mercedes Vito for up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, or Mercedes Sprinter for up to 16 passengers and 12 suitcases.

Why is the district name not enough?

Bodrum centre, Turgutreis and Akyarlar are different delivery points. Çeşme centre, Dalyan and Ilıca have different itineraries; deliveries towards Çiftlikköy can be farther from the centre. Alaçatı centre and Port Alaçatı also require different driving distances and times. We use the actual address rather than the district shown in a hotel advertisement.

In high season, traffic on some resort routes can add up to 120 minutes to the normal journey plan. Distance and vehicle/driver operating time affect route costs, so a quote for the centre does not automatically apply to another resort. There is no universal fixed traffic surcharge. A fare confirmed for the correct address and scope is not increased afterwards simply because traffic takes longer.

If delivery points or stops change after the quote, the new itinerary total is confirmed in writing again. Additional services are not charged without your approval. An address farther away but within the agreed coverage does not by itself mean an extra charge.

How are families, groups, bulky luggage and extra stops quoted?

Share the total number of adults and children, luggage and child-seat requirements. Up to 3 child seats are planned under the existing policy. Give quantities and dimensions for surfboards, strollers or bulky equipment; normal suitcase capacity does not guarantee suitability for every item.

Mention another hotel drop-off, shopping stop or second address before the quote. Do not calculate an extra stop as the difference between two route fares. The vehicle and complete itinerary are confirmed separately. For a return pickup at another hotel, provide both addresses; a same-route budget does not automatically cover a different return address.

How should I compare and confirm quotes?

Do not compare a per-vehicle fare with a per-person ticket or a private transfer with a shared shuttle. Check that pickup and delivery addresses, vehicle type, passenger/luggage capacity, service, one-way or return travel and optional road charges match. Guided visits and hourly hire are separate from a direct transfer.

Example confirmation summary: date and time; flight number; hotel name and full address/map location; adult and child counts; luggage and equipment; vehicle and service type; extra stops; return details; currency and total amount. Confirm this summary in writing to avoid surprises caused by an unclear address.
