What should you check when choosing a transfer company?

Use the exact address rather than the general resort name. Check whether the offer reserves a whole vehicle or sells a shuttle seat. Confirm the actual vehicle, bag space and reachable pickup or delivery point. A lower headline price does not establish the same services.

Who arranges the journey?

Transferiste is a licensed travel agency; check the official agency information using document number 13692. The licence dates from 2020. This page describes our own service, not an independent ranking of competing firms. Published destination prices use the central workbook; we do not maintain a separate provider-page tariff.

Does your hotel need to be listed?

No. Send the property name, full location and entrance. Hotel examples help identify destinations; they do not establish a partnership or a promise that every advertised regional property uses the centre tariff. A villa, marina, factory gate or holiday house also needs its real location checked. A change of accommodation before the return must be stated separately.

Vehicle, equipment and luggage

Fares are per vehicle, one way. The total for your address, vehicle and requested extras is confirmed before booking. For a comfortable trip, plan for 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. There are 7 rear passenger seats and 1 front passenger seat. Suitability for up to 8 passengers depends on passenger size and the number and dimensions of the bags; confirm beforehand.

A specifically requested transporter or another vehicle size receives its own confirmation. Give children, seat requirements and bulky equipment before reserving. The suitable vehicle is selected for the whole load, not just the adult headcount.

How does a quotation become a booking?

First we agree the vehicle, address, service scope and total price. The reservation is created after the customer approves.

Provide the date, flight number, destination, passengers and bags. For a property pickup add the location and requested time. Driver information and illustrated meeting instructions are supplied before travel. Door-to-door service is provided where traffic, road, geographical and physical conditions and traffic rules permit. Otherwise, the most suitable pickup or drop-off point is agreed according to the customer’s wishes and approval.

Optional private toll roads or bridges, a different address, vehicle or itinerary are confirmed separately. Paid extras require your request and approval. Stops and breaks are coordinated beforehand when the vehicle schedule allows and the route is not materially extended. Long waiting, tours and different routes require a separate quote; paid extras need customer approval.

Waiting for a delayed flight is free and unlimited. For a long delay, another vehicle is arranged if needed; your pickup remains planned unless you cancel. Cancellation is free. Notify us in your existing booking conversation; no payment is requested for a service not provided. A different vehicle, address or service scope may change the price. Any difference is explained in advance; paid changes require the customer’s approval.

No advance payment. Payment is collected after the completed transfer; a service not provided is not charged. Confirm the payment method when booking: cash, bank transfer, PayPal for international customers, cryptocurrency. For payment in TRY, use the TRY amount published in the current price table. Address, vehicle and service scope are confirmed before booking.
