How is the Izmir Airport transfer price set?

One figure per route: per vehicle, in EUR, based on distance. The same figure applies at night, at the weekend and in August. For payment in TRY, use the TRY amount published in the current price table. Address, vehicle and service scope are confirmed before booking.

Per vehicle or per person?

Per vehicle. ideally 6 passengers and 6 suitcases pay the same; whether one person or six travel, the table does not change. Larger groups travel in the 16-seat Mercedes Sprinter, priced separately.

Night, waiting or delay surcharge?

None. We track your flight; there is no delay limit and waiting is free. If your flight is cancelled we plan a new car for the new flight at the same price. We take No prepayment; Cancellation is free. Notify us in your existing booking conversation; no payment is requested for a service not provided. A different vehicle, address or service scope may change the price. Any difference is explained in advance; paid changes require the customer’s approval.

Road choices and special programmes

Requested private motorways or bridges need their route and charges confirmed before booking. Do not infer an itinerary from a calculated journey time. Efes, Ankara and Istanbul require an address or programme quotation rather than treating a nearby route’s fare as an offer.

Taxi versus private transfer

The table distinguishes recorded airport taxi-board fares from taximeter estimates. Where an airport-board fare is available, its EUR and TRY amounts are recorded separately: the taxi TRY amount is not recalculated from the transfer exchange rate. Routes without a recorded board fare are marked as estimates. Compare the same destination address and service scope; our private-transfer total is confirmed in writing before booking.

Is the airport shuttle (Havaş) different?

Havaş is a scheduled airport bus service with designated stops and tickets priced per passenger. Check the operator’s current route, date, stops and ticket price before planning your journey. Add the fare for every passenger and any onward transport from the stop to your accommodation. A private transfer reserves the vehicle for your party and confirms the destination address and accessible entrance in advance. Which option costs less depends on the route, party size and final address.

Payment options

No advance payment. Payment is collected after the completed transfer; a service not provided is not charged. Confirm the payment method when booking: cash, bank transfer, PayPal for international customers, cryptocurrency. ## When do I pay?

We do not require a deposit or advance payment to confirm a booking. You do not need to send payment before your journey is complete. After the service, pay the amount confirmed in writing using your chosen method. We do not charge for a service you have not received. Booking a return journey does not require advance payment for a return transfer that has not yet taken place.

Cash payment

You can pay cash in TRY or EUR after the transfer. Tell us your preferred currency in the booking conversation so we can confirm the total in that currency. For payment in TRY, use the TRY amount published in the current price table. Address, vehicle and service scope are confirmed before booking. If you will use a large banknote, mention any need for change in advance. There is no card terminal in the vehicle.

Bank transfer for local customers

Local customers can use a bank transfer for the completed service. Request the account details in your existing booking conversation, and confirm the recipient name and IBAN through that channel before sending. Identify your booking in the payment reference. After the transfer service, make the payment and share its confirmation. Sharing a receipt and the money reaching the account are separate steps. Check your bank’s stated processing time and any transaction charge.

PayPal for international customers

International customers can request PayPal when booking. Confirm the recipient account or payment request, currency and amount in the existing booking conversation. PayPal does not require advance payment either; pay after the service is complete. Do not share your PayPal login, password or verification codes with us. Share the payment record so it can be matched to your booking.

Crypto for international customers

Tell us when booking if you prefer crypto. Before sending, explicitly confirm the accepted asset, network, recipient address, memo/tag if needed, conversion terms and amount in the same conversation. Do not assume a particular asset or network is automatically accepted. After the transfer service, pay using the confirmed details and share the transaction ID; receipt is verified by the recipient. Clarify network transaction charges separately from the service price. We do not ask for private keys or recovery phrases.

Confirm the payment currency, net service amount, conversion terms and who covers any transaction charges before sending. Do not assume that bank, PayPal or network charges are always free.
