Which personal details are processed?
Details include names, contact phone, email and invoice information where needed; travel date, flight number, pickup and destination addresses, passengers and luggage. Why is the information used?
Assessing a transfer request, agreeing a quote and booking, operating the journey and contacting the passenger relate to arranging and performing the service contract. Mandatory passenger reporting and invoicing relate to legal duties. Optional analytics and advertising choices are requested separately; making a transfer request does not depend on accepting measurement.
Who receives the information?
Journey details needed for the service are shared with the assigned driver and contracted carrier; mandatory reporting details go to U-ETDS, and invoice details to relevant accounting and tax parties. Sending a WhatsApp message uses Meta infrastructure. Permitted measurement may connect to Google services. Personal details are not sold to third parties for marketing.
How do request forms and confirmation links work?
The request form prepares a WhatsApp message in the browser without sending a booking record to the website server. You review and send the message through WhatsApp. The fragment at the end of a confirmation link carries the document details, so share it only with the intended passenger. Confirmation and internal-use screens do not load measurement tags. Preparing a message does not confirm a booking.
How long is information kept?
Booking messages, journey and invoice information received by the business are kept for service delivery, disputes and applicable legal retention duties, then deleted or anonymised. The measurement choice is remembered in the browser for 180 days and can be changed in settings.
How can I make a request about my information?
